Firmware update: dark mode and new status widget

The following firmwares bring another set of new features and improvements to all WARP Chargers and the WARP Energy Manager.

  • WARP Charger: firmware 2.10.0
  • WARP2 Charger: firmware 2.10.0
  • WARP3 Charger: firmware 2.10.0
  • WARP Energy Manager: firmware 2.6.0
  • WARP Energy Manager 2.0: firmware 1.5.0

As usual, the update can be installed directly via the device's web interface.

Here is an overview of the most important changes.

New in the web interface

Dark mode

The web interface now offers a dark mode. The appearance can follow your system setting automatically or be fixed to light or dark.

Status widget and more status information

A new status widget summarizes the most important information at a glance. In addition, we added more status information to many subpages, making the current state of the device even more transparent.

Configuration without restart

Most settings can now be changed without restarting the device. Changes take effect faster and charging is no longer interrupted unnecessarily.

More supported devices

We have further expanded compatibility with third-party devices. Newly supported are, among others:

  • Growatt TL-X(H) and Solis hybrid inverters (as meter and as battery storage)
  • Eltako DSZ16D, DSZ16DE, DSZ16DZ and DSZ16DZE electricity meters
  • SAX Power Home as battery storage
  • Virtual "battery" meter of the Fronius Verto Plus

We also made numerous detail improvements to the integration of SolarEdge, GoodWe, Fronius, SMA and KOSTAL devices.

Security

The firmware now supports TLS 1.3 for encrypted connections. In addition, we further improved the robustness of WebSocket, WireGuard and remote access connections.

Many more improvements and bug fixes

Besides the highlights above, 2.10 contains many smaller improvements, for example to the battery control, charge management and charge log generation.
